I wanted to post last week about Grunt, but I still don’t feel like I understand it well enough to post anything about it.
Today was Easter, and I went for a walk in the woods. So, in order to put off trying to give any information about Grunt, I will give you a couple of photos of my walk in the woods.
Unfortunately, we are having a cold and late Spring, and there was hardly anything to take a photo of.

I just had to share a few photos from the great vacation to Williamsburg I took last week:
I have just returned from a trip out to Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. It was beautiful! I can’t believe I haven’t updated this site since May, and it’s almost “30 characters” time.
I saw a lot of “Martian landscapes”. In fact, the hotel I stayed in (near photo #1) was the hotel the Disney crew stayed in for the filming of “John Carter of Mars.” It’s also a fun book series, even though the movie didn’t stick to it very closely.
These photos don’t adequately express the awesome view. (Completely unlike what I usually see here in Ohio!)
This museum is amazing- I’ve visited three times, and I’ll go back again, I’m certain!
In fact, I missed Makerfaire Detroit by a week – if you are in the Detroit area the weekend of July 28-29 you should definitely check it out!
IÂ really wanted to try to get a photo of the rainbow and the lightning at the same time. Alas that was both beyond the capability of a camera phone, and the only time I saw them simultaneously was before I had a camera in my hand anyway. But it was an amazing, beautiful stormy night!
